Korda Group obtains FSTEC licence

On 5 June 2023, Corda Group obtained the license for technical protection of confidential information of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC of Russia).
This license (registration number ЛО51-00105-78/00653877) allows for:

• protection of confidential information;
• professional and reliable protection facilities;
• creation of the market of information technologies and media to ensure protection.

The basic personal data protection requirements are defined in law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data dated 27.07.2006, however the technical part and compliance of companies with the prescribed rules are regulated by FSTEC. It grants licences for technical protection of sensitive information making it possible for the company to provide services of storing third party personal data, install and configure hardware and software for personal data protection.

The licensed activities of Corda Group include development, manufacture, and distribution of encryption (cryptographic) tools, information and telecommunication systems protected by encryption tools; works and services in information encryption and maintenance of encryption (cryptographic) tools, information and telecommunication systems protected by encryption tools (except where maintenance of encryption (cryptographic) tools, information and telecommunication systems protected by encryption tools is performed for own needs of the person or individual entrepreneur). Works and services according to items 2, 3, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 of the list attached to the Regulations approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 313 dated 16 April 2012.
